Project Implementation Phases

Our journey to build and operate a state-of-the-art diagnostic center in Liberia is divided into three pivotal phases:

Phase 1: In this initial phase, we focus on laying the foundation for our diagnostic center’s development:

  • Negotiating leases for existing properties in proximal locations to Monrovia (3-5 year agreement) while land acquisition is underway
  • Establishing diagnostic facilities that encompass laboratory and radiology departments
  • Preparing a guest house to accommodate staff and visitors
  • Creating a robust communication network to facilitate seamless operations
  • Preparing for the formal dedication of our diagnostic center

Phase 2: During the second phase, we shift our focus towards expanding our infrastructure and ensuring compliance:

  • Acquiring adequate land acreage for the permanent facility location
  • Adhering to all legal requirements, regulations and construction codes
  • Contracting with a competent and reputable construction company to undertake the construction of our modern diagnostic facility

Phase 3: The final phase marks the culmination of our efforts and the transition to our permanent facility:

  • Completing all construction aspects initiated in Phase 2
  • Transferring all equipment, supplies and furniture from the leased facility to the new site as the lease concludes
  • Orienting and training our dedicated staff for seamless operation at the new facility
  • Preparing for the official dedication of our fully operational diagnostic center
